This guide covers the authenticated scheduled-report experience. The public page contains instructions only; report values are generated later and delivered privately after backend access, entitlement, quota, and destination checks.
Before you begin
- Register or sign in.
- Use an active paid plan or an already-started active Market Explorer trial. Creating a report does not start a trial.
- Verify the account email for email delivery. For Telegram, link your own private chat from the scheduled-report page; groups, channels, and manually entered chat identifiers are rejected.
- Check supported assets and your remaining account quota.
Create the schedule
- Open Scheduled reports from the signed-in navigation.
- Select up to the limit shown by the editor. Search and category controls help with longer asset lists.
- Choose the report language and an IANA time zone. Delivery times are interpreted in that zone, including daylight-saving changes.
- Add one or more distinct daily times.
- Select verified email, securely linked private Telegram, or both. Enable Excel when you want the workbook attached to the verified email or private Telegram deliveries you select.
- Save. Capacity admission checks the complete active workload under the same lock used for schedule changes.
Preview and confirmed test
Preview validates and displays configuration only. It does not request or serialize a market snapshot and consumes no quota. A confirmed test performs a real private delivery and uses one existing account quota unit. The confirmation is idempotent: retry the same interrupted request instead of creating repeated confirmation attempts.
How quota and delivery work
Every scheduled occurrence uses one shared account quota reservation, even when the same immutable snapshot is sent through several selected channels. The reservation is finalized after at least one destination accepts the report. If no destination succeeds, safe recovery rules release or reconcile the reservation. Provider acceptance and local completion are not atomic, so an indeterminate result is retained rather than risking a duplicate send.
Email, Telegram, and Excel
- Email: delivery is restricted to the currently verified account address.
- Telegram text: delivery is restricted to the customer-controlled private chat linked to the account.
- Excel: when selected, the workbook and text use the same snapshot. The attachment is attempt-scoped and is not published at a reusable URL.
Pause, resume, update, or delete
Pause keeps the configuration but stops new occurrences. Resume recalculates future times and passes capacity admission again. Updating replaces the current configuration atomically. Deleting removes the active definition while preserving only the operational metadata required by retention policy.
Troubleshooting
- Access unavailable: renew the paid plan or return while an already-started trial is active.
- Email unavailable: verify the account address and try again after the mail service recovers.
- Telegram unavailable: reconnect the private chat and make sure the bot conversation remains private.
- Quota exhausted: wait for the account quota window to reset or use a plan with a suitable allowance.
- Capacity busy: reduce daily times or channels, or try after workload headroom returns.
- Delivery attention: review the safe status in your panel; never paste credentials, recipient details, or report contents into a public support message.
Privacy checklist
Keep report emails and workbooks as private customer data. Do not forward API keys, Telegram linking tokens, recipient details, or reusable files to public channels. Servix rechecks account access, entitlement, destination validity, and quota immediately before private generation or delivery.
For the product summary, read Scheduled reports. For plan details use pricing; for incidents and maintenance use service status.
